Data Deletion Instructions

You can request the deletion of your personal data processed by ZNO Solutions at any time. This includes data processed through our assistant services on messaging channels such as WhatsApp (for example your phone number and message history).

How to request deletion

• Send an email to us with the subject "Data deletion request".
• State the phone number or email address you used with our services, so we can locate your data.
• If you used our services over WhatsApp, you can also send the message "Delete my data" directly to the service number.

What happens next

• We confirm receipt of your request.
• We delete the personal data we hold about you, including message histories in our assistant services, unless a legal retention obligation requires us to keep specific records.
• You receive a confirmation once deletion is complete, at the latest within 30 days.
