This Privacy Policy explains how ZNO Solutions ("we", "us") processes personal data when you visit this website, contact us, or use services we provide, including AI assistant services delivered over messaging channels such as WhatsApp.

2. Data we process

• Website visits: our hosting infrastructure processes technical data such as IP address, browser type, requested pages and timestamps in server logs, for security and operation of the site. Logs are kept only as long as needed for these purposes.
• Contact by email: if you email us, we process your email address, name and the content of your message to respond to you.
• Client engagements: in consulting and engineering projects we process the business contact data of our clients (name, role, company, contact details) and the data our clients ask us to work with under a service agreement.
• Messaging and assistant services (including WhatsApp): where we provide AI assistant services over messaging channels, we process the phone number or account identifier of the user, the content of messages sent to the service (including text and voice messages), and the responses generated. Voice messages may be transcribed to text in order to process the request. This data is processed solely to provide the assistant service to the contracted user.

3. WhatsApp Business Platform

Our assistant services can be reached through the WhatsApp Business Platform, operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. When you communicate with one of our service numbers over WhatsApp, your messages are transmitted through Meta's infrastructure and are subject to Meta's own terms and privacy policies in addition to this policy. We receive from Meta the message content, your phone number and message metadata, and we use them exclusively to provide the requested service. We do not use WhatsApp data for advertising and we do not sell it.

4. Processors and third parties

We use a small number of infrastructure providers to deliver our services, under data processing agreements where required:

• Hosting and server infrastructure providers located in the EU
• Cloudflare, Inc. (network security and content delivery)
• Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform, for messaging services)
• AI model providers (for example Anthropic and OpenAI) used to process requests within assistant services; message content required to answer a request is processed by these providers as sub-processors

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with the providers needed to deliver the service, or where we are legally required to.

5. Legal bases

We process personal data under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract, for services and assistant usage), Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating and securing our website and infrastructure), and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent, where applicable).

6. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Message histories within assistant services are retained for the duration of the service relationship so that the assistant can function, and are deleted on termination of the service or on request.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, contact us.
