Terms of Service

1. Scope

These terms govern the use of this website and, unless superseded by an individual written agreement, the services provided by ZNO Solutions ("we", "us"). Specific consulting, engineering and managed services are provided under individual service agreements with our clients; those agreements take precedence over these terms.

2. Services

We provide data analytics and AI consulting, software development and managed services, including AI assistant services that clients can access through web interfaces and messaging channels such as WhatsApp. Service scope, availability and pricing are defined in the respective client agreement.

3. Use of assistant services

• Assistant services are provided for the contracted user and may not be resold or made available to third parties without our agreement.
• You may not use our services for unlawful purposes, to send spam, or to attempt to compromise the security of the service or of third parties.
• AI-generated output can contain errors. Assistant output is decision support, not professional advice; material decisions should be verified before acting on them.

4. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including the ZNO Solutions name and logo, is our property. Rights to work products created in client engagements are defined in the respective service agreement.

5. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For simple negligence we are liable only for damages arising from the breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Statutory liability for injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.

6. Third-party platforms

Where services are delivered over third-party platforms such as the WhatsApp Business Platform, the availability of those platforms is outside our control and their terms apply in addition to ours.

7. Governing law

German law applies. If you are a merchant within the meaning of the German Commercial Code, the place of jurisdiction is our registered seat.
